This aim of this application is:
- To provide a Rapid Visual Assessment (RVA) of bridge
structures under International Standards to bridge owners (RVA = say max. 1 hour per bridge).
- To provide a Damage Cost Estimate for each analysed bridge structure.
- To provide recommendations on Maintenance priorities and Operation and Management strategies;
This application is based on International Standard for Bridge Inspection works => Bridge Condition Indicators Editions 2002 and 2007.
