Bucaramanga - Pamplona Highway (Colombia) - Singular Structures

Bridge Technical Leader for the Design and Constructability Review of about 25 bridges ranging from:
- Beam Slab Bridges
- Composite Steel “I” Girders-Concrete Deck Bridges
- Long Span PT Curved Bridges.

The scope included:
- Compliance with the Project Agreement;
- Quality and completeness of the design packages,
- Suitability of the bridge typology (bridge type, span length, material type – concrete, steel, or composite structures) and expansion joints locations) given the topographical conditions (geology and geotechnical condition) and highway alignment geometrical constrains, and
- Review on the appropriateness of the proposed constructability in relation to the bridge typology and topographical / geometrical constrains, essentially related to material/equipment accessibility and storage area.

Appointed to act as the Lender’s Technical Advisor to support the potential financing parties (the “Lenders”) in the technical due diligence for the Bucaramanga – Pamplona Highway (Sectors UF-1, UF-2 and UF-4), Colombia.
