Shane Bridge Design Optimization (Democratic Republic of Congo) - Singular Structures

The Shange Bridge (24ml) is part of the Integrated Project for Agricultural Growth in the Great Lakes Region (PICAGL), which aims to increase agricultural productivity and marketing in certain targeted areas of the DRC (Democratic Republic of Congo, Tanganyika and South Kivu provinces), improve regional integration in the agricultural sector, and provide an immediate and effective response in the event of a crisis or declared emergency (conflict resolution).

The lack of consensus on certain key design assumptions prevents convergence between the Designer and the Reviewer.
The points of disagreement are as follows:
