Bridge Technical Leader for the Design Review of the main four (4) bridges over the Circuito Mexiquence Exterior sector, as part of the scope of works: Puente Entronque Peñon Texcoco, Dren General del Valle I, Dren General del Valle II, y Puente PSF México-Cuautla. Bridges were suffering from settlements, as expected in the region, in some instances higher than the average regional settlements and in other instances excessive relative differential settlement between adjacent structures were observed.

The Design Review also included the O&M Requirements a per the Project Agreement. As part of its asset management strategy, IFM undertakes 2-year independent review of the assets held in portfolio, in order to have a clear view of the O&M strategy in place and on asset condition.
