This aim of this application is:To provide a Rapid Visual Assessment (RVA) of bridge structures under International Standards to bridge owners (RVA = say max. 1 hour per bridge). To provide a Damage Cost Estimate for each analysed bridge structure. To provide recommendations on Maintenance priorities and Operation and Management strategies;This application is based on International Standard for Bridge Inspection works => Bridge Condition Indicators Editions 2002 and 2007.
