Structural Technical Due Diligence is a rigorous and systematic engineering process that seeks to analyse the “Asset (infrastructure) Net Value”, to identify hidden opportunities and risk to allow “value for money” during the Maintenance and Operational period of the infrastructure maintenance or at specific milestones of the Concession Operation (Bank Loan Renegotiation and Private Transaction decisions).

“Asset Net value” is a time depend value, which requires a precise understanding of the infrastructure´s structural behaviour and functional condition, whereby each key structural element is assessed leading to a condition status (deterioration status), prorated into the Infrastructure Deterioration Index.
